This C-listed brick warehouse was formerly the Coal Shed Warehouse for James Dick Coal. It has an amazing water view and is currently surrounded by industrial buildings, but the charm and the opportunity of the site to become studios or craft-workshops is undeniable. It is in the Blairgowrie Conservation Area on Tannage Street.
