[No Name] Office Building Murderdean Road, Newtongrange

This abandoned office building on Murderdean Road, next to the Newtongrange station and in Newtongrange conservation area, has been empty for over a decade now. There was a planning application to use it as a car wash in 2010, but never moved forward. With such close links to the city, we think it'd be a great place to live and commute into Edinburgh without the need for a car.

It is believed it could have originally been housing, so there is a potential justification for using it for affordable housing.
